DrupalCon Amsterdam 2019 brought together 1500 attendees for 4 days of knowledge sharing, collaboration, networking and connection. As Program Team Lead & Advisory Board Member my responsibilities included

• Recruiting and guiding multiple track chairs for each track of the conference
• Design and implementation of a selection process that reduces bias based on anonymous voting

• Helped bring up DrupalCamp Vienna from 200 to 400+ attendees
